I need some help in strategies to make the vision a shared vision
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with Yolanda, How can we can make sure we are all in the same page? I can think of a few ideas:
ReplyDelete*Giving a voice to teachers, administration, parents and students that is reflected in the schools Technology plan.
*Having teachers and students working together in PD.
*Coming up with new strategies for teacher training. And by the way here comes one of the things I really need help in. It seems every day it is harder to engage our teachers. Do you have teacher training in the integration of technology? How do you do it?
- We need help and guidance with things such as understanding where school's responsibility starts and ends, and where the students/families' responsibility starts and ends - for the devices. We currently do not have insurance for staff machines even. Can anyone help us with this?
