Traffic Light Tech-cellence - a workshop for School Leaders within the TEB Community

The idea of this blog is to serve as a place where (during the workshop, and indeed afterwards) we can post questions, share thoughts, add ideas, and reply to all of the above in a digital way. This not only helps us know what each school is good at and where we may need some support, but serves as a great example of how blogging can be used within our schools and subjects too. Questions during the workshop? This is where you write them! ¿Preguntas durante el taller? ¡Aquí es donde las escriben!

If you have ANY questions that arise during the workshop, please respond to this thread and ask away! If there is time at the end of the session, we can go through this together and hopefully find a solution. If not, someone from the TEB Team will contact you with an answer (they are AMAZING like that!).

Remember, there is no such thing as a silly question!

Si tienen ALGUNA pregunta durante el taller, por favor respondan a este tema y pregunten! Si hay tiempo al final de la sesión, podemos revisar esto juntos y con suerte encontrar una solución. Si no, alguien del equipo TEB los contactará y les dará una respuesta (¡ellos son GENIALES en eso!).

Recuerden, ¡no existe tal cosa de una pregunta boba!

I am Clara Ines Borda, the Academic Coordinator of Saint Patrick's school. Based on what you presented, I think we have many things to improve, but my question is: what is the best section to start? Should we focus first on preschool? From your point of view, How can we start without having the risk to spend too much money from the beginning?
